Sculpture with three reinforced legs and a tabletop. Fixed to the center of the table on a pivot is a long wooden object with a vertical vane at one end, and another vane mounted on the wood at right angles to the first vane. The wooden arm is free to move around the circular table. See 1996.2 for framed photo taken of the instrument outdoors.
